Our Improvement Capability Building programs are intentionally anchored in the methodology of improvement science.
Participants engage in a set of coherent, sequential, and collaborative capability building courses with CORE coaches in order to be able to apply the tools and principles of improvement science to understand how to institute a methodological approach to test ideas of change to produce improved and reliable outcomes; better understand how to use local resources (time, people and money) to improve processes and structures for improved and reliable student outcomes through rapid PDSA testing; and develop improver mindsets to grow and institutionalize positive change in large urban districts and schools.
