Senior Improvement Coach

CORE is seeking two senior improvement coaches to guide and support school and district teams using a disciplined and equity-centered approach for improvement. Improvement Coaches facilitate, coach, and teach improvement science methods to school and district teams and support their work to improve outcomes for all students. 

Reporting to the Chiefs of Improvement; School Networks, the Senior Improvement Coach will work collaboratively with school-based improvement teams, district staff, CORE staff, and research partners.  We are seeking a proactive learner who is passionate about CORE’s mission, has coaching experience, knowledge of educational data and used improvement science (or other methods) to improve an outcome, and who will thrive in our dynamic startup environment.  The Improvement Coach must effectively manage numerous responsibilities at a given time and be available for travel.

Project Manager

Due to the context of COVID-19 and some internal finalization, CORE has paused its hiring process for the Project Manager position for the next 4-6 weeks, with a goal to return to the process by late June/early July.  Selected applicants will be contacted at that time to confirm their continued interest in the position and then invited to participate in our interview cycles.

A Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects whose successful execution will support CORE’s in advancing the understanding and use of Improvement Science in CORE’s Improvement Communities. The Project Manager will leverage people, processes, and technologies to develop and monitor project plans in collaboration with CORE staff and stakeholders to conduct analysis, identify challenges, and present solutions that result in delivery of program requirements in a timely manner. 

Reporting to the Chief of Improvement, the Project Manager will work collaboratively with CORE program leads, CORE staff, and school district and research partners.  We are seeking a proactive learner who is passionate about CORE’s mission, has project management and analytic experience, and who will thrive in our dynamic startup environment.  The Project Manager must effectively manage numerous responsibilities at a given time, work effectively at all levels of an organization and be available for occasional travel.
